Pitty-pats Birthday

Today was a pink theme bedroom birthday party. Pitty-pat wants to paint her bedroom pink--right now the walls are glossy black as they were before I bought the house. It makes for great sleeping but not very girly. Grandma and poppa made her cake, posters and curtains, aunt carolyn got her a pink chair, we are buying her the paint and doing something with the blue carpet. I already bought pink fabric to cover her white lamp shade. Photos of the before and after to follow soon.

My "onely" son is turning 17 years old today! When he was about 8 or 9 years old he wrote me a letter about how I should let him have a snake as a pet. He signed it "from your onely son". The typo has always stuck even if he isn't my only son anymore he will always be my number one, oldest, first-born "one-ly" son.

Happy 8th Birthday Pitty-pat

Today is Pitty-pat's 8th birthday! I have a confetti cake all ready to frost for her. When Cam and Daddy get home today Tippy-toe and I plan to go shopping. She wants some junk off the tv but I hope to get something she will like better longer. I just don't know what yet. I gave my best ideas away already.
